We were pleasantly surprised by this place. Huge portions! Great environment. Food was delicious. My wife got the buffalo chicken tenders and I got the pork chop sandwich. All in all a great experience and we will be back.

Wow, I was referred by someone who said burgers are great but all is amazing. It was right at lunch time today and figured why not. Burgers, chicken wings, shrimp and catfish dipped in flour or cornmeal, is the majority of the menu. I had a toug . Time choosing. Asked other patrons who said same thing - everything is amazing.Finally settled on 1 catfish and 4 shrimp basket Cajun style (cornmeal). Ordered an extra piece of fish thinking it wouldnt be enough. Hope I can post picture. Huge piece of catfish, four large shrimp, maple fries, lettuce and tomato. And DELICIOUS! Ate half of the basket, plenty full. Definitely didn't need the extra fish. Can't wait to go back and try a burger!

Always great, fresh, tasty,and recently they have been completing orders more quickly than pre Covid.

I loved this place! It hit the spot. Usually I take one bun off when I eat a burger, but even the buns were delicious. The patty was good beef too. And the fries are well seasoned, not overly salted or greasy.

Great burgers, also huge! Almost couldn't finish mine. Worth the price.

Was a bit disappointed in the place. Took awhile to order as the cashier was taking a phone order that took 10 mins and apparently nobody else could help. I figured I'd try the pork chop sandwich which is fried and on homemade bread. The bread was good but the chop lacked flavor. The worst part was when I bit into a big bone. Yes apparently they don't take all the bones out which seems odd in a sandwich that is hidden by breads and on top of that covered in breading. That was a painful bite. The onion rings are ok but not worth the 2.65 upcharge on combo. Basically got 6 rings as seen in pic for .50 each when you figure the combo price and upcharge. Highly doubt I'll go back even though my son likes the burgers. You do get big portions but it's pricey so you should.

Great burgers and fries. Customer service is awesome and food always fresh and big portions. My wife and I crave the burgers from here. Prices are not bad for the portion and quality you get.

Excellent burgers, and fried shrimp, my sin and I tried it for the 1st time today, we will definitely be back! Burgers are huge, definitely will be full, worth every penny. Clean place, and friendly staff as well!

Seriously one of the best homestyle burgers you're gonna find. The meat is 100% Angus and you can taste the difference. The portions are huge so come hungry and expect to want to finish the whole thing! The seating area is very small so order ahead if you can because the place can get packed fairly easily. The dining area is kept clean and the service is top notch. I recommend the Joy love burger, huge patty, chicken avocado and everything else you'd expect on a cheeseburger.

First time trying Joy Love!!!! Excellent everything. We got the cajun wings (dry rub) with a few cheeseburger meals and I had the grilled chicken club sandwich! Definitely will be back.

Im a burger fanatic and I love checking out small burger joints like this one. And man I wasn't disappointed. The portions are nice and the burger tasted amazing! Nice soft, buttery bun, thick meaty patties. I'll definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu. If I had any feedback, maybe carry some desserts? After that hearty meal, I was craving something sweet, but it's something small honestly. Just being a fatty. But check them out!

I dont k ow where to start. If you ever get food from this establishment make sure that you order in advance. Joy Love makes one of the biggest burgers that I've ever eaten. My friend and I split a burger, with an order of onion rings (over rated) and 10 wings. The burger was amazing, Joy loves grilled the buns, thin patties make for a crisper profile and everything was seasoned perfectly. This is absolutely a great place to show a friend or family member from out of town but not the best place to be a regular. The wait times were a bit too long.

Great deal for burgers and low price. You get around 1 lb worth of meat for $10 or less. Their homemade buns are flavorful and flaky. The fish and pork chop are fried and seasoned well. The only issue is lack of ambience and limited space.

This place is fan freaking tastic. Great little hole in the wall that deserves to be on Triple D. I tipped the waiter and received excellent service. The buns are made in house and are really good. The meat and veggies we're fresh which made for a burger that I have dreamed about since coming here. The location is strange and there isn't parking, which is ok. The only negative part of this review is that there wasn't any seating inside besides one or two little tables. Guess sometimes sacrifices must be made for these awesome burgers. TREAT YOURSELF, YOU WONT REGRET IT!

EXCELLENT BURGERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I haven't had a burger this good is some time!! Best burger ever. The burgers are huge so go with a kids burger if you want a smaller portion. Several different burgers and nonburger options. Definitely worth a try. I would have posted a picture but I dug in too fast. Will update on next visit.

Burger was definitely top 3 I've ever had and best I've had in Texas! The meat was perfectly seasoned and super fresh and the bread was sooo yummy. I ordered onion rings and they were ok but they had a ton of batter so you can't really taste the onion but the burger was so big I had to force myself to eat 2 out of 7 and felt like I wasted the money I spent on them.

A nice small joint that serves huge burgers for a great price. Definitely delicious both burger and steak fries. Very limited seating, but we didn't mind. I would definitely come back and try to various menu selections.

Portions and price outstanding. Taste was good even though I felt like I'd need a new heart afterwords. This just is not the type of dinning I'm into. If your looking for a huge, fulfilling hamburger with a side of "don't tell your doctor" this is definitely the place for you.

Joy Love Burgers was suggested to me after I wrote a review on another burger joint. So today I was in the neighborhood and took the opportunity for a late lunch at the Mason Rd. location. I decided on the avocado bacon burger with fries. I had no idea these burgers were this huge! This would be plenty for my wife and me to share. The burger reminded me of an old time soda fountain, drug store griddle burger. It was very tasty and the fries were cooked to perfection (to my definition of perfection, at least). Wish there was a location closer to where I actually live, but be sure when I'm in that area, I will stop in. Also, an awesome young lady waited on me with a great smile and good banter.

Almost lost five star rating because of price-shock, but the amount of food was two meals worth. Great burgers, chili cheese fries, and steak fries! Let me amend that and say burger was wonderful.

We had a great time in this spot. We enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere and the meals. The staff are very welcoming. I’m happy we eventually managed to visit here.

This place NEVER disappoints! The burgers are perfectly seasoned and grilled to a slight crisp in the outside. Not to mention they are huge!! I always have leftovers the next day. If you haven't try them go ASAP!!

I don't even really care for burgers but OMG! If you're dying to have a good cheeseburger you have to try this place. $15 for a burger that's twice the size as a normal burger and a side of chili cheese fries is pretty cheap. They bake their buns in-house and they are better than any hamburger bun I've ever had. I'm usually the person that eats my hamburgers with no bun but I actually ate the whole thing with the bun on it from this place. The burgers are also seasoned and taste fresh.

There's a reason its called joy love burgers. Stop reading this review and just go there.

Ok so lets rate the whole experience. As a sit down, terrible. Small is an understatement. The place is dirty, crowded, and staff seems very overwhelmed. When the sales this place is generating, investment in proper condiment dispensing would be a good idea and napkin holders vs napkins in a bin. Food, a bit on the salty side. But decent.. fries were good.. value is great as all reviews mentioned. Good price. So if your looking for a take out and a burger place, this might be a good option. For a sit in, I would say no. They are not properly set up for a pleasant sit down experience.

amazing huge burger! inexpensive. i could only eat half and i saved the rest for the next day and it was still really good.

Food was good! Got the chef special joy love burger the way they make it! Fried Patty and grilled chicken with caramelized onions and avavado! The bun is home made and is really legit! The bread isnt too soft or dense and doesn't break apart from the Patty juice.Overall the burger is really good but not my top burger ever. But then what is ..

The best burger in Katy and it's not that close. The See TIM Sell team loves eating at this place. It's small, looks a little rough around the edges, but worth it in a big way. Come hungry

The food is as wonderful as the employees are and the portions are huge. The prices are good considering how much food you get. It was about $10 per person. I loved it and will definitely be going back soon! Well done Joy Love Burgers! Your customer service is wonderful which is what has lacked so much in recent years in the industry. They close at 8pm during the week so get there early.

Quality old-fashioned diner style burger. The Cajun wings were phenomenal. More of a takeout type place because seating is very limited. Staff was very friendly and menu knowledgeable. The hamburger buns were very fresh and tasty. I'm pretty sure they make their hamburger buns in house. The hamburger patty was 100% all Angus beef. The burger add-ons were fresh cut produce.

Finest food, kind employees, regularly excellent atmosphere. They charge affordable prices and the food quality is awesome. Fantastic work.

OK this place is really under Rated. They are a small store but they are worth checking out. Love the fish there I only wish they would add a little bit of seasoning or salt to it since it seems like they don't add any at all but it's super hot fresh and worth going through the hassle of salting it at home. Fries are great and big Box of food you will be stuffed

Finally, an insanely great Angus burger enough to fill up a grown man. Cheeseburgers are humongous. If you look at one of my pictures you’ll see it is as tall as a credit card. Hamburgers were brought out quick, fresh and hot!!! Excellent customer service as well and always greeted with a big smile. Our new favorite hamburger joint!! Thanks

This is the second time we've eaten Joy Love and they haven't disappointed yet. The portion sizes are MASSIVE, so keep this in mind before ordering. I got the bacon avocado cheeseburger. It was fantastic. Husband got a cheeseburger and added bacon. He ate all of it and will probably be comatose soon.My son had the kids chicken strip meal which had enough food to feed 2 kids. The fries are excellent, the waffle fries taste great but aren't crispy. I was too hungry to think about taking a picture. Maybe next time.

LOVE the food here, but if you try to call in an order on Friday or Saturday nights they will not answer which means you have to go in and order and for one meal it can take 25 mins. On the weekends the line is very long and so is the wait. I have had an order where they forgot my fries and I didn't know until I got home. Also, the paper was left on the meat patty and my husband bit into it. I tried to call them and no one answered, I even called while I was standing in there and they ignore the phone. Again...awesome food and portions, just be ready to wait awhile on the weekends.

Great burger place with huge portions and lots of variety like seafood. Food is tasty and service is good. After the remodel it's also cleaner as well

This joint is a gem in katy!! You need to stop by and try this place... TASTE: That one is the "crazy", and it's an enormous heaven of juiciness, two beef patties, house made bread, never frozen meat. The fries were generous and crispy, amd delicious.SIZE: I'm 5'11" with bigger than average hands, and it looks huge in the pic, excellent price/size ratio. If you want have a burger in 5 minutes, this is not the spot! Place is small and busy, we waited about 20 min after ordering. But if you want one of the best burgers you will have in katy... Go and you won't be disappointed!!!
